The Client Legal Affairs Unit fulfills the Legal Department's responsibilities within the client legal field. The unit's sections for general client legal affairs are now seeking a lawyer with placement at the regional office in Stockholm. The Legal Department applies the opportunity to enter into remote work agreements, which means that up to 60% of work can be done from home. Job Description As a criminal justice lawyer, one of your main responsibilities will be to handle and make decisions in review cases where initial decisions have been made by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's local facilities, including prisons and remand centers. You will also participate in coordinating and developing case law in criminal justice legal matters and be responsible for day-to-day legal advice to local and regional levels.
