Our customer is a woman in her 60s who lives together with her husband and their dog in a house in the countryside. You need to have a driver's license and access to a car to get to and from work. You also need to like and tolerate dogs. Our customer has many leisure interests such as flowers, gardening, sewing, dogs, health, and writing. You don't need knowledge of these interests, but you need to be curious and willing to learn to best assist. The customer is a good-humored person with an easygoing nature. For the personal chemistry to work, you need to be someone who isn't conflict-averse, who dares to motivate and push the customer in daily life, and who can joke and has a good sense of humor. It is a merit if you are interested in health as the customer only eats raw food. You need to be able to cook; the customer will teach you to prepare raw food, but there needs to be an interest in cooking. It is also a merit if you speak English and have good computer skills. The customer has rheumatoid arthritis and amputated legs and therefore needs help with daily tasks such as housework, hygiene, and the opportunity to pursue their leisure interests.
