Listing terms
- Basic is a one-time payment for 30 days — it does not auto-renew. When it expires the listing drops off and you can extend it with another payment.
- Pro and Ultra are recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly). Cancel anytime in the Stripe portal; they run until the end of the paid period.
- Yearly billing on Pro/Ultra costs 10 months (2 months free).
- Prices are in euros and are final — we are not VAT-registered, so no tax is added.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
- The Commission plan is not purchased: listing is free and you only pay when a deal closes. We agree the fee with you individually, up front. The plan covers listings within the agreed volume, visibility in AI models, the blue Verified badge, automatic translation, the booking calendar, property valuation requests and listing import; the link to your own website and boosts are not included — those belong to the paid plans. The rate, how a deal is evidenced and the payment terms are confirmed in a written agreement (Art. 2c of the terms), terminable with 30 days’ notice.
Sponsored article rules
A sponsored article is a way to make your account visible on AssetLog: a reader learns something about you, and that strengthens their trust in your listings. So it reads as an informative, instructive piece — it should help the reader decide and pick from what you offer. Every article is judged on its own.
What the article should be
- Informative and instructive — explain, compare, walk through a process. The reader should know more afterwards, not just know your name.
- On the field you actually list in: property and what surrounds it (financing, taxes, viewings, the location, paperwork).
- Concrete numbers, examples and experience from your own practice. That is what a reader gets nowhere else — and why they write to you.
- Original, written for us and published nowhere else.
- It runs under your name, with a banner linking to your profile and a visible paid-content label.
What the article must not contain
- Links to other websites.
- Text that has already run here — neither reworded nor split into two articles. Repeated content drags the whole domain down in search, and with it everyone else’s listings.
- Products and services unrelated to listings and to what this site is about.
- Promotion of competing services — listing portals, comparison sites and directories.
- Ad copy: price lists, phone numbers, contact details, “call us today”. Your contact sits on the profile the article links to.
- Claims you cannot back up (“cheapest on the market”, “guaranteed return”) and attacks on competitors.
- Someone else’s content — text, photos or data you hold no rights to.
- Filler generated by AI with nothing of your own in it. We can tell, and it gives the reader nothing.
When we publish it
- A sponsored article is not a free service — it is a feature of the Pro plan (one article every six months) and Ultra (two every six months).
- It is only for advertisers who actually list with us. If you have no listings here and only want to buy an article, we turn it down.
- No entitlement to publication arises. Our editors read every article, and if it does not match these rules we simply do not run it.
- The quota counts the last six months, and every article created holds a slot — including a draft waiting for review.
- Not publishing an article does not refund the plan — you pay for the plan, not for a single article.
