Listing volume by agreement

Listing is free. You only pay when a deal closes — either a flat fee or an agreed percentage of the sale price. €300 for a property · €99 for a vehicle per closed deal, or an agreed percentage of the sale price.

Listing terms

  • Basic is a one-time payment for 30 days — it does not auto-renew. When it expires the listing drops off and you can extend it with another payment.
  • Pro and Ultra are recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly). Cancel anytime in the Stripe portal; they run until the end of the paid period.
  • Yearly billing on Pro/Ultra costs 10 months (2 months free).
  • Prices are in euros and are final — we are not VAT-registered, so no tax is added.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
  • The Commission plan is not purchased: listing is free and you only pay when a deal closes — a flat fee of €300 for a property, €99 for a vehicle and €99 for other listings. Instead of the flat amount you can offer a percentage of the sale price in your application; we then invoice whichever is higher — the percentage, but never less than the flat fee. The plan covers listings within the agreed volume, visibility in AI models, automatic translation, the booking calendar and CRM import; the seller badge, AI prompts, lead-gen prompts and boosts are not included — those belong to the paid plans. The rate, how a deal is evidenced and the payment terms are confirmed in a written agreement (Art. 2c of the terms), terminable with 30 days' notice.
