When buyers ask AI, I want to show up
Pay per closed deal, not per month
On the Commission plan you list for free and only pay when a deal actually closes — either a flat fee or an agreed percentage of the sale price. Prefer a subscription? Basic, Pro and Ultra are there too.

Every listing goes out as Schema.org JSON-LD through a public API, so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI can read it and cite it natively.
Over time
What to look for
- AI first, people after — When AI spikes and people follow a few days later, a model recommended your listing. AI rising with people flat means you are visible but not convincing.
- Views without contacts — People come, nobody taps the phone or writes. That is rarely too little traffic — it is usually price, photos or the description.
- Saves without inquiries — They save it but never get in touch. Typically an offer at the edge of the budget: they like it, they are still doing the maths.
- Comparing and sharing together — More than one person is deciding — a couple, a family, a partner. The deal is close, but you are standing next to the competition.
- Bots without people — A spike of bots that leaves the human curve flat is a crawler. It brings you nothing.
You see the results
Views, phone and email clicks and inquiries per listing — plus which AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) discovered your ad and where your visitors came from.
Four categories, one feed
Vehicles, real estate, jobs and CVs side by side in a single map-backed feed that starts with what is closest to you.
- Vehicle registration document
- 8 photos, interior included
- Service history
Guided, not guessed
Selling guides walk you through the papers and photos you need, and a listing score shows what is still missing before you publish.
Your AI can do the work
Connect AssetLog to Claude or ChatGPT with a single URL and let it search the feed or draft and submit your ad for you.
“Find 3-bed houses in Austin under $500k”
“List my 2018 Tesla Model 3 for $24,000 in Denver”
“Get me an AssetLog prompt for selling my car”
What your AI can do once connected
One URL turns your AI assistant into an AssetLog client: it searches the live feed, drafts and submits a listing, and pulls a ready-made prompt from the library.
Have a website or a feed? Send us the link to your data
Agencies and dealers don't re-type listings here. Send the link to your site, XML feed or API — we connect it, and your inventory keeps flowing into AssetLog and into the AI models on its own.
- 1You send the link to your site, XML feed or API — no re-typing.
- 2We do the wiring on our side and reply to the email you enter.
- 3Tick the recurring option and your listings stay up to date on their own.
