The unit currently has approximately 30 employees, divided into different functional areas. A clear focus on person-centered care enables individuals' own narratives to shape the nursing care. Together, we establish a care plan with current and planned interventions, which are continuously evaluated. The ward has close and well-functioning collaboration with outpatient care, which ensures safe discharge with good follow-up and treatment after discharge. On the ward, we work in two nursing teams where one nurse works together with two nursing assistants/care workers responsible for half of the ward's patients. As a lead nurse, you direct the daily nursing work. At the end of each work shift, we have reflection sessions in the work group. We also have a nursing round every week and regular supervision for the nursing team. Your Assignment As a specialist nurse, you are responsible together with other specialist nurses for leading and developing psychiatric nursing care, both at the patient level and at the unit level. You bring a nursing perspective to the interprofessional team and provide collegial mentoring to new colleagues. Your Qualifications We are looking for colleagues who are specialist nurses with a focus on psychiatric care and have at least a master's degree in nursing and/or nursing science. Experience and knowledge in leadership at the operational level, organization of student mentoring, and experience in quality and development work within psychiatric care are desirable and meritorious. Your Competencies You are interested in developing yourself in the leadership role. You are firmly grounded in the profession's ethical code and do not hesitate to put this into practice in relation to both patients and colleagues. You are professionally proud, have good analytical and reflective abilities, and contribute with your nursing expertise to improve and develop care. You dare to question and critique.
