Student Assistant at Västerängsskolan Västerängsskolan is a grades F–9 school in Håbo Municipality with approximately 400 students. We are now seeking a reliable, responsible, and engaged student assistant for a 4th-grade student. This is a fixed-term position starting with the school year on 8/17 and continuing through the end of the fall term, with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities As a student assistant, you work closely with a student throughout the entire school day and contribute to structure, safety, and favorable conditions for learning, development, and inclusion. The role includes both educational support during instruction, transitions, and social situations, as well as support related to the student's self-care management for type 1 diabetes. Your Assignment As chief of staff, you lead the municipality's office department and are responsible for operations, finances, working environment and employees within the department. But the assignment is about much more than that. You have a central role in developing the municipality's governance, democratic processes and lawfulness. You ensure that the political decision-making process functions effectively and with high quality, and contribute to creating good conditions for the municipality's elected representatives, managers and employees. You are responsible for and develop the municipality's work within, among other things: board administration and case handling law and lawfulness public access and confidentiality registration and archives quality and governance operations development and digitalization general elections The role involves leading an operation with great breadth and many points of contact. You work closely with the municipal director, participate in the municipal administration's management group and collaborate daily with both political leadership and the municipality's managers and employees.
