You independently manage budget, schedule, and technical matters within the projects you lead. Your main responsibilities: Procurement of construction and site contracts Monitoring of construction contracts Review of construction documents Prepare tender documentation Procurement and negotiations with contractors Presentation of project proposals to the board Establish, monitor, and take responsibility for project budgets Authority contacts Customer and supplier relations Schedule and cost control Quality and environmental management You ensure that the client's responsibilities are met in the projects and are responsible for monitoring contractor and consultant services in the projects you lead. You also participate in the follow-up of completed projects and during the warranty period.
