About the Position The work involves acting as a regular passenger while observing and gathering information about specific aspects of the customer experience on board the train. The assignment runs from October through December with the possibility of extension. You will be scheduled to know which routes you should travel and which connections you should make during your shift. A shift can therefore involve traveling by train over a longer distance. This position is excellent as a part-time job alongside studies or other part-time work if you want to work approximately 15 hours per month. Work shifts will be scheduled for both weekdays and weekends, mornings, daytime, and evenings. Schedules are set week by week and will be adapted to your preferences and needs as much as possible. About You We are looking for someone who lives in Uppsala and surrounding areas and wants to start working in October. You want to work flexibly, but continuously approximately 15 hours per month. You are a quick learner and self-directed. You find it easy to plan and understand the importance of how you conduct yourself on board so you can discreetly report your observations in a digital form on your mobile without losing accuracy in your observations. It is a merit if you have similar work experience from before.
