About the role As a conference host, you are Coor's face to the world and an important part of the customer experience. You always keep your eyes and ears open to pick up on customer needs and ensure that every meeting and conference is conducted with high quality. In this role, you work both independently and together with colleagues, making great use of your engagement, initiative, and service focus. Examples of work tasks: Welcome customers and visitors and deliver world-class service. Plan and prepare spaces for meetings and conferences. Ensure that furniture, technology, and conference equipment function according to customer wishes. Handle incoming calls and emails. Support reception as needed. Manage coffee machines and conference areas. Follow up on reported issues and ensure that measures are carried out. Build and develop good relationships with customers, visitors, and suppliers. Who are you? You are a positive and service-oriented person who loves creating memorable experiences for customers and visitors. For success in this role, we see that you have: At least 1 year of experience working in service, reception, conference, hotel, restaurant, or other customer-facing activities. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience providing professional service to customers and visitors. Good computer skills and experience working in digital systems.
