Academic Primary Care Center Development Our Operations The Academic Primary Care Center Development (APC) is part of the Close Care and Health department. We serve as the department's and sometimes the broader primary care sector's support for development initiatives, project work, and specific investigation assignments. We work with the transition to Effective and Close Care in the region, where the current approach is integral. You will be part of a large, multiprofessional organization with knowledgeable colleagues. Would you like to help develop the family centers of the future in Uppsala County? We are now seeking an engaged and strategic business development manager at 50% who will have a process leadership role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strengthening collaboration between the region, municipalities, and other actors to create the best possible conditions for children's and families' health and well-being. Further, you will have the opportunity to contribute to long-term and sustainable development work that strengthens collaboration between the region, municipalities, and other actors to create good and equitable living conditions for children and families in Uppsala County. You will work closely with the county coordinator for family centers and contribute to strengthening strategic development work both regionally and nationally. Your Assignment As a business development manager, you will play a central role in the development of family centers in the county. You will drive and coordinate development processes, create conditions for collaboration, and contribute to translating common goals into practice. Your Competence We are looking for someone with a relevant degree from a college or university, for example in social science, public health, social work, health and medical care, or another field that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience leading or coordinating strategic development and change work in a politically governed organization or in collaboration between several principals. You have good knowledge of family centers' mandate and of activities that serve children and families, as well as experience with collaboration between municipality and region. As a person, you are communicative, attentive, and skilled at creating trusting relationships. You are a skilled collaborator who can engage others and create participation. You work independently, take initiative, and have a structured way of working while remaining flexible as circumstances change. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who has: • A relevant degree from a college or university. • Documented work experience with strategic assignments within a region or municipality – preferably in child health care. • Experience with process leadership, project management, or development work. • Experience with collaboration between different activities and organizations. • Knowledge of family centers or the integrated care and support chain for children and families. • Very strong ability to plan, lead, and follow up on development processes. • Very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. • Experience planning and leading networks, training sessions, or workshops.
