Your responsibilities You will guide and provide support and care to people with intellectual and physical disabilities in their daily lives. You will work long-term and goal-oriented to create a secure home environment and a meaningful everyday life and leisure time for our residents. You will offer individual, social, and practical support to enable and utilize the person's own abilities, thereby creating conditions for independence. Common work tasks include assisting residents with approved services such as meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene/care, medication management, and social activities. The workplace may involve smoking, heavy lifting, and threat and violence situations. To create security and stability for those living with us and to make threat and violence situations manageable, it is important to follow routines and to cooperate within the work team.
