Talangbron collaborates with several units in pharmaceutical manufacturing in Norrland – in Norrbotten, Västerbotten, and Västernorrland – and is now seeking licensed pharmacists for sterile manufacturing facilities. We'll discuss this together and match you to the assignment that fits best – geographically, in terms of competence, and based on how you want to work. 👉 Your responsibilities Manufacture sterile pharmaceuticals in cleanrooms according to GMP Work with extemporaneous preparation, including cytostatic drugs Ensure and document manufacturing processes according to applicable regulations Conduct final inspections before pharmaceuticals leave production Work closely with colleagues in production, quality, and healthcare Contribute to improving procedures, workflows, and patient safety ✅ We're looking for someone matching the profile below Must-have requirements Licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician Extemporaneous preparation credentials Thrive in a structured and regulated environment Good Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious Experience with GMP or pharmaceutical manufacturing Previous work in cleanrooms or sterile production Interest in quality, continuous improvement, and patient safety 💡 What you get A role with clear purpose – your attention to detail is directly linked to patient safety Regulated working hours and an operation that plans long-term Training and introduction to cleanroom work for those new to the field An environment where professional expertise is taken seriously and details actually matter 📋 Scope Permanent position.
