We are now seeking two experienced ITSM tool developers with the ability to independently develop, configure, and further enhance functionality in a new ITSM system. The role involves joining a newly formed development team responsible for development, configuration, integration, and technical management of the ITSM platform. You will work closely with the Tech Lead, operations, and product owner to create solutions with high usability and good maintainability. You are expected to have strong technical expertise and experience with configuration and customization of ITSM tools, as well as understanding of ITSM processes and working methods in larger organizations.
