We are seeking two people who will share responsibility for Incident Management and Problem Management, while both of you have a clear responsibility as Service Delivery Manager. You will work in a technically complex environment, together with 230 competent IT colleagues, and help develop the technical prerequisites for our 2,300 employees. About the job Kronofogden is undergoing a modernization journey with digitalization, automation, and frequent releases. Within IT, we create stable, secure, and efficient services that enable the agency's societal mission: to secure financing of the public sector, create a well-functioning credit society, and prevent crime. You will become part of the Production Support team, which is responsible for operational delivery, governance, and operational support. The team is a central function in the agency and ensures quality, stability, and efficiency in our IT deliveries, as well as supporting operations with IT tools and IT workplace services. In the role, you will work broadly and have a combined responsibility within three areas: Service Delivery Management act as Service Delivery Manager toward our IT service providers ensure that service levels and agreements (SLA/OLA) are defined, implemented, and followed up ensure that services are delivered according to agreements with Kronofogden and between parties develop, implement, and manage effective processes for operation and management of IT services work closely with our operational service providers and handle operational matters related to the operational delivery independently drive and coordinate shorter assignments of varying nature Incident Management act as Incident Manager for IT incidents and security incidents activate the incident process and establish incident channel lead incident meetings and coordinate internal and external parties ensure clear and correct communication during the incident document incident course, decisions, and measures ensure structured closure and restoration share responsibility for Incident Management with a colleague Problem Management act as Problem Manager and drive root cause analyses (RCA) coordinate technical and security-related analyses with service providers and internal functions identify underlying causes, trends, and recurring problems ensure that action plans are developed, followed up, and implemented contribute to continuous improvement of processes and working methods share responsibility for Problem Management with a colleague Working methods and technology You will work in a modern development environment with: frequent releases CI/CD flows DevSecOps SAFe-inspired working methods outsourced deliveries and complex integration environments The role is located in Sundbyberg, with a requirement of at least two days per week at the office.
