Assignment Description For a government agency in Stockholm, we are now seeking an experienced Registrar / Document Controller to strengthen the agency's registry during a transition period. The role involves working closely with the existing registry team with mail and case management, user support in the case management system Platina, and advisory services in archive and document management. The role involves independent and service-oriented work with the agency's public documents, case registration, and advisory services to the organization's employees and case handlers. Your main responsibilities: Mail & Case Management: Assessment, scanning, and registration of cases as well as management of incoming emails. Case Registration: Create cases and perform ongoing case registration in the case management system Platina. Advisory & Training: Provide advice and support on archive and document management matters, and train and assist employees/case handlers in Platina. System Support: Perform troubleshooting in Platina. Archive Management: Handle retrieval of paper files from the physical archive in the absence of the archivist. Mandatory Requirements Several years of professional experience as a registrar within a government agency. Good knowledge of the case management system Platina. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365). Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Personal Qualities Good interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation. High degree of independence with the ability to work on own initiative after completion of orientation. Good organizational skills and meticulous with meeting deadlines and commitments. Pragmatic with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks. About the Assignment & Practical Information Sector / Client: Government agency (Stockholm Central). Location: On-site work at the headquarters in Stockholm. Assignment Period: 2026-09-29 - 2026-12-31 (with option to extend until 2027-07-01) Working Hours: Weekdays 08:00–17:00 (including 1 hour lunch).
