In South and West Sweden, we have worked on hundreds of projects ranging from foundation slabs, floor structures and walls, bridges, tunnels, concrete frames, hydroelectric power plants, infrastructure, multi-family residential buildings and much more.
We are proud of our operations and the projects we have participated in. With our broad experience and our loyal and stable customers, we find projects that suit you and your background. Our clients are construction companies and we do not work directly with private individuals.
NOTE: The workplace is in Halmstad.
Experience
We are looking for someone with experience in the construction industry who enjoys practical and varied work. You have good knowledge of construction and preferably experience with concrete work, reinforcement, and formwork. A professional certificate as a concrete worker is a merit, but we also value those who have acquired equivalent competence through work experience.
As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and accustomed to working independently. You have a solution-oriented work approach and contribute to a good atmosphere on the job site through professional communication with both clients and colleagues.

Salary and Employment Terms
You will be employed under the collective agreement Byggavtalet, which includes:
- Salary: Hourly wage or performance-based pay depending on project
- Insurance
- Reduced working hours
- Wellness allowance
You will initially be employed for six months. If everything works out and we enjoy working together, your employment will transition to a permanent position. Many of our employees have worked with us for over ten years.
