Initiate and lead quality improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools. Conduct system, process and product audits, ensuring compliance and readiness for certification requirements. Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 quality management system. Support supplier qualification, evaluation and development activities to ensure consistent quality standards throughout the supply chain. Educate employees on quality tools and practices while promoting quality awareness throughout the organization. Your background Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field. Proven experience in quality engineering or quality management within a manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of quality tools, quality systems and methods for root cause analysis. Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methods (Green belt, appropriate level). Experience in conducting audits and working with ISO standards. Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Power BI. Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
