About the job
We're looking for someone who loves food, people, and sales, and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Hemma Ludvika Marnäs! The role is essentially about helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The position: Permanent employment, full-time. Probationary period applies.
Start date: By agreement.
Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (speaking and writing). We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks. Prior experience in leadership roles is meriting.
More about the position:
You are part of the store's management team and share overall responsibility for the store with the store manager. You also participate in daily store operations.
You work strategically to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other key metrics. You also contribute to developing and following up on the store's business plan.
You manage team members and help your colleagues develop and perform to their full potential.
You are a role model in meeting our customers with knowledge, good judgment, and a great smile.
You have overall responsibility for the store when the store manager is not present.
