Language Center offers native language instruction and study guidance in the native language in approximately 70 different languages for students in Stockholm municipal schools. Language Center's activities aim to maintain and develop children's and young people's multilingualism and contribute to increased goal achievement for students with a native language other than Swedish. As a teacher at Language Center, you are mobile and have your workplace at multiple schools in the municipality. Job Duties The work consists of native language instruction and study guidance in the native language for students in Stockholm schools. The instruction is mainly in primary school grades F-9, but it is desirable to also be able to teach at secondary level. You collaborate with colleagues and have teaching assignments at multiple schools. Qualifications We view native language instruction and study guidance as a very important part of the student's language development and goal achievement.
