Assignment Description For a government agency in Stockholm, we are now seeking an experienced Registrar / Document Controller to strengthen the agency's registry during a transition period. About Us Sundbyberg Library consists of Hallonbergen Library, the library at Signalfabriken, and our digital library. We are also responsible for staffing the municipality's eight school libraries. In August, we opened a new cultural center in Ursvik – a vibrant meeting place with a reading lounge, cultural school, and leisure activities. We are part of the Culture and Leisure sector, where approximately 130 employees together develop Sundbyberg's culture and leisure offerings. Your main workplace will be the library at Signalfabriken located in central Sundbyberg. The library opened in 2013 and features a larger program and exhibition area on the ground floor as well as several smaller rooms for programming. The Signalfabriken library has 16 employees and is led by an Assistant Library Director. About the Position This role is for you if you want to create relevant and inspiring programs for adults. You have experience planning and executing events and enjoy building networks and collaborations within culture, society, and literature. With us, you have great freedom to develop activities, try new ideas, and create content that makes the library a vibrant and inclusive meeting place for Sundbyberg residents. You are responsible for the library's programming activities for adults – from idea and booking to execution and follow-up.
