We are now seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator for a well-established and expanding operation in Stockholm. This is a permanent position with our client.
Job Description
In the role of Senior Payroll Administrator, you will have overall responsibility for payroll administration and become an important specialist function within the organization. You work closely with HR, Finance, and the company's managers to ensure a quality-assured and efficient payroll process.
You are responsible for payroll management and simultaneously function as qualified support on matters relating to collective agreements, employment law regulations, and payroll-related processes.
Your main responsibilities include, among others:
Independent responsibility for the entire payroll process.
Handling of pensions, insurance, sick leave, vacation, and benefits.
Interpretation and application of collective agreements.
Reporting to authorities and external parties.
Support to managers and employees on payroll and HR-related matters.
Reconciliations and quality assurance of payroll data.
Payroll-related analysis.
Improvement work related to payroll processes and systems.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified payroll work and who thrives in a role where you can combine operational responsibility with consulting and development. You are confident in your expertise and have a genuine interest in creating efficient processes and delivering high quality.
We would like you to have:
YH education in payroll or equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years of experience in independent payroll work.
Good knowledge of employment law, taxation, and pensions.
Experience working with collective agreements, preferably in a personnel-intensive operation.
Good system skills and strong Excel proficiency.
Fluent Swedish in spoken and written form.
As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and responsible. You have a high service orientation, are unpretentious in collaboration with others, and have the ability to prioritize even during periods of high pace.
