Job Description
As a registered nurse at Humana Norrtälje Hamn, you will, among other things, be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating care measures. You are also an important part of the organization's and your colleagues' skills development as you also educate and mentor care staff.
Examples of Work Tasks
• Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and care interventions
• Handle and follow up on documentation and deviations
• Participate in welcoming new clients and be responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks
Who Are You?
For this position, you must be a licensed registered nurse, preferably with experience from elderly care. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to be good at building relationships and have strong collaboration skills.
We're Looking for You Who:
• Are a licensed registered nurse
• Have knowledge of documenting in medical record systems (ICF)
• Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
It is a Merit if You Have:
• Experience working in elderly care or home care services
• Experience working with people with dementia
• Experience in privately operated activities
• Experience with documentation work

About the Position
Working Hours and Employment Level: The position involves daytime work with on-call duty every fourth weekend. Employment level 80-100%
Salary: Salary is according to agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreement.
