The work also involves collaboration with the municipality and primary care to ensure good care continuity and safe discharge home for the patient. Additionally, you are interested in development work such as new approaches to acute hospital care in the home. We seek a partnership where each employee is active in their own learning and has a willingness to contribute to advancing the operations. Together, we work to continuously improve, and we value initiative and innovative thinking. We operate on the principle that employees are gradually given the opportunity to establish, broaden, and specialize their expertise within the various areas of our broad operations. You will work Monday to Friday during daytime hours and also work every seventh Saturday between 7:30 and 2:00 PM. For Saturday work, you receive a compensatory day off. As a new employee with us, we offer you individually tailored introduction to our operations and mentorship from an experienced colleague.
