Avonova Health Seeks Occupational Health Nurse to Lund

The Position As an occupational health nurse/registered nurse at Avonova, you will be a professional support to company management, managers, contact persons, and employees. You will serve as support and advisor on health and occupational environment matters to managers and employees at our customer companies, with responsibility for planning and implementing interventions at our customer sites. You will be part of a team of professional consultants with medical, technical, psychosocial, organizational, and administrative expertise, while also enjoying working independently. Your workplace is based at our health center in Lund, but you will also work at our other locations in the South region as needed and sometimes at our customer sites. Your responsibilities will include: - Health examinations – statutory and general - Vaccinations - Occupational health clinic services - Rehabilitation work and educational initiatives - Account management for certain customer companies Qualifications We are looking for a licensed registered nurse, preferably with further training as an occupational health nurse. Experience with occupational health work and rehabilitation coordination is a merit but not required. You have a business-minded and consultative approach with a focus on customer value and satisfaction in a sales-oriented organization. You also have a health-promoting perspective and a genuine interest in people, their health, and their working environment. You should enjoy working consultatively and have a talent for building relationships. You are confident, stable, and self-directed, and you enjoy collaborating in a team with other professionals such as physicians, physiotherapists/ergonomists, behavioral scientists, psychologists, occupational health engineers, and administrators. We place great importance on your personal qualities. We appreciate that you are comfortable working in a private business environment and have a business-minded approach in your professional role. You are organized and have good IT skills. Experience with the Office suite is a requirement for working with us.
