Security Guard at Lund University

WE ARE RECRUITING SECURITY GUARDS FOR LUND UNIVERSITY Are you an experienced and professional security guard seeking a long-term assignment? We are now recruiting fully trained security guards with a minimum of 2 years documented experience for positions at Lund University. We are seeking both stationary and patrol guards for both day and night shifts. As a security guard, you will become an important part of daily security operations and contribute to a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. Depending on the position, you will work with stationary surveillance, patrols, monitoring, preventive security work, and handling of incidents and deviations. We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role and who combines security awareness with high customer service skills and professionalism. You are observant, responsible, solution-oriented, and able to remain calm even in stressful situations. WORKING HOURS The positions include both day and night shifts with times by agreement. REQUIREMENTS Fully trained security guard Minimum 2 years documented experience Category B driver's license Good Swedish, spoken and written Good English, spoken and written Approved to work as a security guard according to current regulations We would appreciate if you have experience with stationary and/or patrol surveillance, preferably from larger or complex assignments. Experience from public operations, good IT skills, and relevant security certifications are merits. For patrol positions, it is important that you are comfortable working independently and have strong ability to plan and carry out your duties. For stationary positions, we particularly value a professional and service-oriented approach. WHO ARE YOU? You enjoy collaboration but are also confident in making your own decisions. We are only recruiting fully trained personnel with a minimum of 2 years documented experience.
