The Position and Qualifications Do you have a strong drive and a genuine interest in food? We're looking for someone with previous experience in kitchen work, food preparation, or cold kitchen operations. You have prior experience from restaurants, cafés, or food production. You're passionate about food, creative, and constantly eager to try new things. We're now seeking a kitchen team member who produces daily lunches, prepared meals, sandwiches, salads, and sandwich cakes, among other items. You're an experienced cold kitchen associate who is flexible, creative, resourceful, loves producing food, and is organized and meticulous. You understand kitchen processes and have documented experience in cold kitchen work. You work efficiently, are stress-resistant, social, and outgoing. You have strong communication and collaboration skills. It's a plus if you have experience in grocery retail. We'd prefer if you have documented training and work experience as a cold kitchen associate or similar. Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of food safety are essential to you. You have a genuine passion for cooking and meal solutions. You have an instinct for taste and quality. Why Join Us?
