Your main responsibilities as a specialist nursing assistant at Abello Home Care include: working primarily with care recipients with cognitive impairment. Both as a fixed care contact and/or BPSD administrator as well as with the practical care needs of the care recipient. maintaining a professional approach, which means you always provide high quality care and interactions. being flexible and development-oriented. taking personal responsibility and having the ability to collaborate. you are the most important link. We work based on a contact person model where you, working with our customers, should make it easy to contact us, both for the customer and for relatives and others around the customer. Your tasks include personal care, hygiene, assistance with meals, transfers, medication delegation, and establishing care plans. Your Profile Secondary Education: nursing assistant, followed by specialization in dementia. Driver's License Category B, but it is also good if you can cycle.
