Here you get to work close to people, create security, and help older adults live an independent life at home. You will be part of an engaged team where care and quality are in focus. About the role and your tasks Your work is guided by the needs of the individuals you support. A typical workday may consist of providing support and assistance with personal care, care work, medical interventions delegated by nurses, and other help that the person you support may need. Documentation is done in Lifecare. Your role also includes contributing to the development of the operations and maintaining high quality. Within home care you work only day or evening shifts. Work hours are typically between 07:00–15:30 and 14:00–23:00. The work involves working every other weekend. With us you have the opportunity to work in different roles. As a fixed care contact, you have special responsibility for your clients. You create and follow up on care plans. Our staff is organized in smaller teams where 2–3 fixed care contacts, together with a roaming staff member, are responsible for a group of clients. Work is done in close collaboration, and when needed, roaming staff support other clients outside their own group. As a flexible resource, you work flexibly across multiple home care districts. You go where the need is greatest and provide security, warmth, and care to people who really need it. We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, enjoy working close to people, and want to contribute to good care. You can and want to cycle as part of your work, speak and write Swedish well, and have good digital skills. If you have experience working in care, we see that as a merit. At each unit, nursing assistants and care assistants work in teams with health and medical care staff under the leadership of a unit manager.
