What will you be working with? As Complaint Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and driving the handling of customer complaints for our Wood Coatings customers throughout EMEA. Malmö is our primary production facility for Industrial Coatings Wood, which gives this position an important function in the relationship between customers and operations. You follow each case from registration and prioritization to closure and ensure that investigations are conducted in a structured manner within agreed timeframes. The work involves collecting and analyzing information, reviewing documentation, and working with relevant functions to determine root causes. Based on the results, you coordinate corrective and preventive actions, follow up on their completion, and evaluate whether they have had the intended effect. In this role, you collaborate broadly with Quality, R&D, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. You also contribute technical and quality-related information to customer communication and present findings, action plans, and status to relevant stakeholders. Your main responsibilities are to: • Register, prioritize, and coordinate incoming customer complaints • Conduct root cause analyses by collecting facts, reviewing documentation, and involving the right expertise • Coordinate and follow up on corrective and preventive actions, CAPA • Analyze trends and recurring deviations to identify long-term improvement opportunities • Compile key figures and reports for management • Participate in audits, quality meetings, and operational reviews • Ensure that work is conducted in accordance with internal procedures and applicable quality management systems This is a full-time position and you will be based at our site just outside Malmö. Your Main Responsibilities Perform installation and service work according to work orders Plan and order materials via the purchasing system, phone, and email Ensure quality through self-inspections and pressure testing Follow the company's management system for quality, environment, and work environment Participate in and follow the work environment plan (AMP) Report deviations to the service leader Maintain ongoing contact and feedback with customer Report time daily according to applicable procedures Comply with the company's vehicle policy Your Background We are looking for you who have previous experience as an HVAC technician, preferably within service. You are confident in your trade and experienced in working independently at customer locations. You have a good understanding of how work is planned and executed with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. We see that you have: Trade certificate as HVAC technician Training in Hot Work Training in Safe Water Driver's license (Category B) is a requirement Personal Qualities To thrive in this role, you are responsible and thorough in your work.
