About the Role
As Operations Manager for Nice Garden, you have overall operational and strategic responsibility for the business. You lead a workforce of approximately 10 people consisting of full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees, with complete personnel and budget responsibility.
The role is business-focused and combines presence in operations with strategic and administrative work. Your presence in the field means you meet customers, calculate inquiries and quotes as needed, follow up on projects, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
At the same time, you drive structure, follow-up, and development from the office. You have a clear mandate to develop the business by modernizing work methods, strengthening processes, and creating an efficient and scalable organization.
Your Main Areas of Responsibility
Full personnel responsibility for approximately 10 employees
Budget and financial responsibility
Planning and resource allocation
Customer dialogue, estimation, and project follow-up
Ensuring quality and delivery in projects
Driving digitalization and development of structures and processes
Reporting and follow-up
Your Profile
You have a background in landscape construction and a good understanding of how the business operates in practice. You are experienced in leading teams and have experience taking responsibility for both people and results.
You understand the industry deeply, know what it takes to deliver quality – and are motivated by developing both people and profitability. Building structure, creating clarity, and working long-term with improvement is a natural part of how you lead. You thrive in a business-focused role where you combine presence in operations with strategic and administrative work, and you are driven by making organizations function efficiently and sustainably over time.
Core Requirements:
Background in landscape construction or garden operations, with ground construction as a focus area
Solid experience with full budget and personnel responsibility
Good administrative and structural skills
Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
Class B driving license
