We're now looking for you who want to become part of our great team at Willys Burlöv Center and can work extra as needed. The perfect job for you if you're studying or have another occupation and want to work a bit more. The position simply means you contribute to ensuring our customers can shop for quality and sustainable food at really good prices.
The position: Hourly employment as needed.
Start date: 2026-10-05 or by agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 16 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks nice
You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding an item or paying for it

About You

It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
