DUTIES To meet future demands and be a strong resource in the transition to local care, we are now seeking additional registered nurses specializing in assisted living. With us you work in interdisciplinary teams and in close collaboration with the health centers in the municipality. You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up health and care services within the municipality's area of responsibility. The work involves close collaboration with patients, families, care personnel, and other professionals to create a safe and cohesive care experience. The role also includes: • Mentoring and supporting care personnel • Introducing and mentoring nursing students • Contributing to operations development and quality work • Actively participating in team work and cooperation with external partners You work from our facilities in Arlöv and primarily work at one of our assisted living homes in Arlöv or Åkarp. Work hours are daytime with duty every fifth weekend. During weekends, you work across the entire municipality's operations, including assisted living, regular housing, and LSS. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and want to contribute to high-quality care. We would like you to: • Be confident in your professional role and able to work independently • Have good ability to prioritize and make your own decisions • Be solution-focused, engaged, and take responsibility • Have an easy time collaborating and building good relationships • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing • Want to contribute to the development of operations Experience in municipal home health services is desirable.
