Your role As a Maintenance Engineer in Real Estate Maintenance, you will have a central role in developing and ensuring systematic and preventive maintenance of LKAB's industrial properties within Processing in Kiruna. You work long-term to identify maintenance needs, analyze the technical status of buildings and remaining service life, and translate your assessments into prioritized maintenance and reinvestment plans.
