Position in the Children and Adolescents Hygiene Department with Service Location in České Lípě
The position involves performing the following activities in particular: carrying out independent performance of state health supervision in facilities under the scope of children and adolescents hygiene, especially in schools and educational facilities, socio-educational facilities, and facilities for children requiring immediate assistance, with persons operating a business whose purpose is childcare for children up to 3 years of age or education, instruction or out-of-school education of children over 3 years of age in preschool facilities, with providers of childcare services in child groups always including food service facilities, in accommodation facilities for children and adolescents, at recuperation activities, nature schools, facilities for children and youth leisure time (children and youth centers, after-school clubs, clubhouses, etc.), outdoor play areas; preparing control protocols including sample collection for laboratory examination or analysis, issuing measures within the scope of supervision and proposed settlement of inspection findings; participating in the assessment of health risks in accordance with the Public Health Protection Act within the scope of performed activities; performing actions in proceedings concerning misdemeanors and deciding on them within the scope of internal management regulations; fulfilling the tasks of the public health protection authority as an affected administrative office in local investigations; preparing statements, opinions, and notices; participating in addressing suggestions from residents, state administration and self-government bodies in the field of children and adolescents hygiene, addressing information requests, complaints and petitions; preparing documentation for the issuance of decisions, permits, certificates and other measures by public health protection authorities or within the scope of established competencies for their issuance; maintaining a register of facilities in the HDM information system, entering data and ongoing verification, ensuring factual and professional accuracy of entered data; ensuring professional management of documents and files and their proper disposal in the records disposal process; based on indicative results of submitted so-called "food consumption baskets" and based on the composition of school menus, selecting school menus for their assessment according to the Ministry of Health methodological guideline "Nutritional Recommendations for Consumer Baskets"; based on obtained results, formulating a conclusion containing corrective nutritional recommendations and monitoring improvements in children's nutrition levels, as part of menu assessment or catering control, performing immediate measurement of salt content in soups with an evaluation conclusion and staff education; performing assessments of operational regulations of facilities for education and training of individual drinking water source operators; performing other similar activities within the organizational assignment and established service fields.
