Required Education - minimum secondary education with graduation certificate. Work Activities: Participates in oral proceedings and local investigations as a recorder; handles agenda items related to citizens; processes annual statistics; prepares documentation for invoicing violations processed under public law agreements; records violations in the VITA program; ensures follow-up administration related to ongoing maintenance and filing of documents, processing personal and special (sensitive) data including processing of records and related documentation; assists with tasks related to organizing elections, local referendums, and population, housing, and building census. Requirements: (Czech citizenship or foreign national with permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic; minimum 18 years of age, full legal capacity, clean criminal record, mastery of Czech language and fulfillment of other prerequisites for performing administrative activities as set out in special legal regulations). Basic knowledge of criminal and administrative law, understanding of how the justice system and public administration function, strong communication skills, particularly when dealing with difficult clients, independence, ability to handle stressful situations, user-level proficiency with PC work.
