POSITION OVERVIEW: The Food Service Manager organizes and directs all activities related to catering for TUL students and employees, children in the kindergarten, and other diners and guests. The position also ensures all ordered gastronomic events at TUL and off-site. Responsible for compliance with catering, hygiene, and technological standards and adherence to financial limits set by TUL.
