POSITION OVERVIEW: Teaching activities, primarily lectures, examinations, seminars and practical sessions including preparation of study materials and course resources, supervision of bachelor's, master's and doctoral theses in management, economics, health management or public health, participation in examination committees and state final exams, creative activities, particularly independent research in research and development with significant importance for the advancement of the respective scientific field; creative coordination of national or international projects, scientific and research tasks in management, economics, health management or public health, involvement in activities ensuring research financing (identifying, writing and submitting grants or contract collaboration opportunities), participation in project solutions as principal investigator or co-investigator, publication activities and professional development, responsibility for selected foundational theoretical courses as required by program accreditation and achieved education and qualifications.
EDUCATION AND SKILLS: Completed master's degree in management, economics, health management or public health, habilitation in management, economics, health management or public health, extensive professional and publication activities in the field, pedagogical education or relevant teaching experience, required Czech language proficiency at native speaker level, required English language proficiency at C1 level (may be verified during interview), criminal, civil and moral integrity, independence, responsibility.
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: 100% position, employment contract concluded for a definite period until October 31, 2029 with possibility of extension.
START DATE: November 1, 2026 / by agreement.
SALARY CLASSIFICATION: salary grade A4, expected salary: 50,000 Kč/month, possibility of personal bonus after probationary period based on work performance evaluation.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: structured curriculum vitae, brief description of previous teaching, professional, scientific research and other creative activities, list of creative achievements, particularly published professional works with any reviews, or list of artistic creative achievements, copies of education certificates, scientific degrees or academic titles, pedagogical education or teaching experience, copies of professional qualification documents (e.g., membership in professional chambers, associations, certificates).
