Required Education: University degree or higher professional education. Job Duties: Reviews violations in accordance with applicable legislation, including issuing decisions and imposing fines. Handles violations through summary proceedings on-site, conducts meetings with citizens regarding their complaints and requests. Performs local investigations, processes records on citizens, and forwards violation cases to the appropriate administrative bodies, police authorities, and state prosecution. Requirements: (Czech citizenship or foreign national with permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic; minimum 18 years of age; full legal capacity; clean criminal record; command of the Czech language; and fulfillment of other prerequisites for performing administrative activities as established by special legal regulations). Basic knowledge of criminal and administrative violation law, understanding of how the justice system and public administration function, strong communication skills, particularly when dealing with difficult clients, independence, ability to handle stressful situations, user-level proficiency with computer work.
