SigtunaHem owns and manages 4,800 rental apartments in Sigtuna Municipality. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Manager at SigtunaHem, you will work on an interesting portfolio of projects with great variety and contribute to housing development in Sigtuna Municipality. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Independently manage new construction and renovation projects
- Prepare feasibility studies and budgets for project planning, implementation, and follow-up
- Be responsible for project outcomes, schedules, and financial return requirements
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, environmental standards, energy requirements, and technical specifications
- Direct consultants and contractors
- Collaborate with internal resources and external stakeholders such as our tenants, the municipality, and other local actors
- Conduct forecasts and financial final accounting
- Be an excellent communicator
- Contribute to SigtunaHem's company-wide goals
QUALIFICATIONS
• Post-secondary education in building technology or equivalent
• Several years of experience in qualified project management within building construction (new construction and renovation)
• Experience managing project quality, schedules, and financial return requirements
• Experience working according to established processes and legal requirements (experience with LOU is a plus)
• B-class driver's license
