We are now seeking new staff members for our nursing team. It is a stable nursing group with mixed experience, and we are looking for you who are interested in working on an adult psychiatric ward with the highest level of care. The focus is on developing patient-safe care and working in a team together with doctors, case managers/discharge coordinators, nurses, nursing assistants, and care workers. You participate in rounds with doctors and discharge coordinators. You handle medication management and documentation in Cosmic, conduct suicide risk assessments, and evaluate both psychiatric and somatic conditions. Together with the unit manager and colleagues, you have the opportunity to develop, implement, and create routines for patient and team work with the entire team. Qualifications You are a psychiatric nurse or general nurse with a genuine interest in psychiatry and an interest in the whole person. You have good self-awareness and feel secure as a person.
