Hi! Do you want to be part of a knowledgeable team of consultants with a great sense of community? Do you want to contribute your experience across different types of projects, industries, and companies? Together we solve our customers' challenges and have fun along the way – welcome!
Your future with us
For almost 30 years, we have worked with product and system solutions that really make a difference in the world. Innovation work is of course still ongoing, and now we have more technical possibilities than ever! Using our innovation model, we drive multidisciplinary projects with expertise ranging from industrial design to mechanics to software development for modern cloud platforms. Do you want to join us and make a difference?
As a consultant with us, you won't just work on exciting assignments ranging from plastics and steel to complex machinery – you'll also become part of a community where your development is in focus. We make sure to match you with projects where you can shine as an expert, but also grow and take on new challenges that develop you both professionally and personally.
In our Mälardalen team, we have a great mix of skilled colleagues in product development, project management, production technology, and systems development – all with a common goal: to create innovative solutions and have fun along the way. Our offices at Creative House in Örebro and Kopparlunden in Västerås are not just places to work, but also open and welcoming spaces where you can come to meet colleagues, have coffee, exchange experiences, and of course solve tricky puzzles. Here you feel at home and we look forward to welcoming you to our team!
Are we a match?
We're looking for more than the experience in your CV – we want to meet our next colleague. In the same way, we believe you're looking for more than new tasks. You want to be in a place where you can be yourself and get an interesting career development. Together we will match you with the opportunities and technical projects that fit our common goals. To take the first step in our collaboration, we're looking for someone who:
Has a humble approach to challenges and good communication skills

Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience
Hold a valid driver's license (category B)
Have good knowledge of Swedish and English
