Job Description
As a terminal worker, you are responsible for practical logistics and cargo handling within the goods terminal. The core task is to maintain an efficient and systematic package flow. This includes scanning and sorting packages for further transport. The work consists of both mechanical and manual sorting, where each work task is performed in accordance with established efficiency targets to ensure an uninterrupted and punctual delivery chain. To succeed in the role, you are an efficient and organized person, accustomed to working towards set goals and you create a positive atmosphere around you. The work is performed in shifts and operations run around the clock. Therefore, we place high demands on flexibility regarding working hours. You should be able to work morning, evening, and night shifts. This employment requires that you have studies or another main occupation of at least 50% alongside this position. Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and manual sorting of incoming and outgoing goods.
Ensure that all packages are handled in and out of the terminal in exact time, according to applicable schedules.
Work in a structured manner to continuously achieve and exceed the organization's set targets.
Qualifications
Other Employment: You must be able to provide evidence that you study or work at least 50% in addition to this position.
Physical Capacity: The work is physically demanding, contains heavy tasks, and takes place at a high pace. Good physical fitness is therefore a requirement.
Flexibility: Operations are run in shifts. Working hours are scheduled for both daytime and evening hours, which requires that you are flexible regarding your availability.
Personal Qualities: We are looking for someone who is punctual, thorough, and a natural problem-solver who is motivated by challenges. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a good working environment.
