We also have a building physics department where we offer consulting as moisture experts, conduct damage investigations, and deliver services in air-tightness testing and material measurements.

What you do
You work as a consulting moisture expert throughout the entire project lifecycle, in new construction as well as renovation. The role is dynamic and can involve everything from consulting and conducting moisture rounds to practical moisture measurement and air-tightness testing out in the projects. You help contractors and building owners with moisture-related questions, prepare analyses and risk assessments, recommend measures, and quality assure solutions so that projects have the right conditions from the start.
Assignments can look different. Sometimes you come in early and help set the conditions for the project. Sometimes you step in mid-process where you quickly need to get a picture and contribute structure and clarity. You don't need to have all the answers from day one, but we appreciate if you are curious and eager to take on new challenges.
Since we're not chemists, there are rarely ready-made solutions to pull from the shelf—you need to enjoy mixing your own ingredients to create a working recipe.
What is required
You are a certified moisture expert.
Merits:
Certification as Building Doctor
Experience with moisture measurement in concrete
Experience with air-tightness testing and thermal imaging
Experience with damage investigations
Who you are
You are confident in your role and explain what is difficult in a way that makes others understand. You are equally comfortable in a technical meeting with a client as you are out in the projects. You enjoy collaborating, share what you know, and make sure everyone in the project pulls in the same direction.
