About the role
This is a key position where you become the technical link between customers, the sales organization, and production. You are involved early in the dialogue with customers to understand their needs and develop technically sound solutions.
The role has a clear technical focus but also requires that you are comfortable meeting with people and can explain complex solutions in a simple and convincing way.
Examples of responsibilities
Participate early in the sales process as a technical expert.
Develop construction and design solutions based on customer needs.
Perform technical calculations and assess material strength.
Work in CAD and other relevant design tools.
Collaborate with production to ensure the right solution and quality.
Contribute to product development, testing, and technical improvement projects.

Additionally, you are confident in challenging customers and suggesting alternative solutions when it creates greater value for their business. Beyond this, we envision that you:
Have a degree in building engineering or equivalent technical education.
Have experience in the construction industry.
Have good technical understanding within construction, structural design, or similar areas.
Master Swedish and English in speech and writing.
Have a B driver's license.
Are experienced in sales and comfortable presenting solutions and conducting technical discussions with customers.
Thrive on taking responsibility, challenging established practices, and driving matters forward.
Meritorious
Experience in construction, design, or project management.
Documented experience driving sales processes with good results.
Experience in product development or testing operations.

The company was founded in 2020 and has since established itself as an exciting player in sustainable construction. Production takes place in Hässleholm where the factory operates 24/7, while the company continues to grow in the Swedish market.
