Information Manager - CAD/BIM/DU (Temporary Position)

We are a regional specialist unit within Västfastigheter's construction and management division, focused on developing and ensuring quality in the management of real estate information. The unit currently consists of 15 dedicated employees, with our primary mission to manage, set requirements for, and develop the handling of real estate information (CAD/BIM/DU) between projects and facility management. Job Description As an Information Manager CAD/BIM/DU, you will work with CAD/BIM/DU issues within both construction projects and facility management, primarily related to Mölndals sjukhus. In this role, you will monitor and handle information deliveries to and from construction projects and facility management. You will also participate in internal development projects within CAD/BIM/DU and digitalization, where you contribute your expertise in information management and digital working methods. This is a temporary position with a location in Göteborg, running from November 30, 2026 to October 1, 2027. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is an engineer in construction, electrical, or HVAC, or who has vocational education focused on construction project CAD/BIM. You may also have acquired equivalent competence through relevant work experience. The role requires strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit. As a person, you are thorough, structured, and have a strong ability to work both independently and with others. It is advantageous if you have experience working as an Information Manager CAD/BIM/DU or as a designer in installation disciplines such as electrical or HVAC. We also view positively knowledge in programming as well as experience with software such as Solibri, MagiCAD, Faciliate, PDM, and FM Access. Knowledge of facility maintenance (DU) is also advantageous. Recruitment Process In this process, we do not require a cover letter.
