Team Leader for Trainee Program, Stora Enso Forest

In this role, you will lead our newly hired forest machine operators through our trainee program - from recruitment to fully trained operator. You participate in Dialogen's management group together with the unit manager and colleague group leader and actively contribute to the operations' planning, development, and follow-up. The role also includes monitoring operational results and statistics, contributing to internal competence development, and developing and structuring the operations' group interventions for children, young people, and parents. The work involves extensive collaboration with the social services authority's child and family services as well as with schools, child and student health services, and other important collaborating partners. As a group leader, you will have a central role in the ongoing development work where Dialogen strengthens and develops open care interventions to meet future needs.
