The Service Administration owns, builds and manages the municipality's properties and delivers internal services. We work with, among other things, premises procurement, property management, facility maintenance, meal services, caretaking, vehicles and mail handling. With us you will have the opportunity to develop in the role of project manager in an operation with many exciting construction projects. Duties Why choose us! As a project manager with us you will: Work with property projects in various forms together with more experienced colleagues. Be involved in initiatives for energy-efficient and sustainable construction. Participate in projects at different stages – from idea to finished building. Meet many different types of property projects in, for example, schools, preschools, care homes and cultural venues. Support and guidance from other project managers and specialists in, for example, energy, alarms, plumbing and electrical systems. Opportunity to grow into the role and gradually take on greater responsibility. Participate in planning and implementation of various types of property projects. Gradually gain own responsibility for parts of projects, under supervision. Contribute to work with schedules, budgets and quality. Participate in project meetings and collaborate with contractors and consultants. Have dialogue with operations to ensure that premises meet needs. Follow projects through the construction process and be involved in handover to the operations organization. Qualifications The role requires: That you have a completed or ongoing education from university within construction, civil engineering or similar. Alternatively, you have other relevant education that is considered equivalent. You have some experience from the construction industry, for example through internship or first employment. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. B-class driving license. Personal qualities We place great emphasis on your personality. Meriting qualifications It is positive if you: Have basic knowledge of project economics and project management. Have knowledge of contract forms and contract law. Have taken courses in construction management and project management. Are experienced with Office365.
