Job Responsibilities As a substitute teacher, you are responsible for replacing regular teaching staff during absences. Assignments may include individual lessons, full school days, or longer substitute periods. In most cases, you lead the teaching independently based on the planning provided by the regular teacher. Employment as a substitute teacher means you work both independently and in cooperation with the school's other staff. Qualifications For the role, you must Have reached 18 years of age Have excellent command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written Completed upper secondary education Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who finds it easy to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
