Qualifications We are looking for someone with higher education in HR or other academic education that the employer considers relevant. The position requires several years of experience with qualified HR work focused on recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably from a larger organization. You have experience planning, implementing, and developing recruitment processes as well as working with competency-based recruitment. You have good knowledge of strategic and operational talent acquisition and experience developing and leading processes, methods, and approaches in this area. You have experience providing qualified support and advice to managers on recruitment and talent acquisition matters as well as driving development work with a focus on quality, efficiency, and equity. You also have experience analyzing competency needs and translating operational requirements into long-term and sustainable talent acquisition initiatives. It is a merit if you have experience with qualified HR work within municipal operations and good knowledge of public recruitment, talent acquisition issues, and employer branding. To succeed in this role, you are self-directed and work systematically with the ability to drive matters from analysis to implementation. You are a clear and trustworthy communicator who can create engagement and understanding for common working methods and development initiatives. You build good collaborations, are receptive to different perspectives, and have a consultative approach when working with managers and colleagues. You are development-oriented and have a strategic perspective where you see connections between operational needs and long-term talent acquisition. You work data-driven, follow developments in recruitment and talent acquisition through environmental scanning, and translate new knowledge into improved working methods and processes.
