About the role
As HR Business Partner, you'll work broadly with both operational and longer-term HR matters. You're responsible for XR's HR calendar and serve as a close, coaching, and solution-oriented support to the business's managers. An important part of the role is making HR matters clear, concrete, and practical in managers' daily work.
You'll be based at XR's office in Skövde and report to the HR Manager at Skrotfrag. At the same time, you'll become part of an engaged HR and KMA team, where you collaborate, share knowledge, and support each other as needed. The role involves many touchpoints within XR and Skrotfrag, particularly with managers, branch managers, and other support functions.
This is a role for you who thrives close to the business. The daily work is characterized by high pace where conditions sometimes change quickly, which requires flexibility, prioritization skills, and a pragmatic approach.
Responsibilities
• Coach and support managers in leadership, personnel matters, and difficult conversations
• Drive and coordinate XR's HR calendar
• Provide support in labor law, collective agreements, labor relations matters, and negotiations
• Support the business through organizational changes
• Contribute to systematic occupational health and safety work together with KMA
• Drive recruitment and contribute to competence and leadership development
• Support managers on salary-related matters and salary reviews
Desired background
We're looking for someone with several years of experience in broad, hands-on HR work. You've worked with the complete HR calendar and are used to supporting managers in both everyday and more complex personnel matters. You have strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and feel confident acting as an advisor and sounding board to the business's leaders.
You likely have a degree in HR, human resources management, or equivalent, or you've built your competence through relevant work experience. Experience from industry, manufacturing, or other operational environments is a merit, as is experience working with unionized operations and worker collectives.
If you also have experience with salary matters, that's a plus.
As a person, you're confident, self-directed, and unpretentious. You find it easy to build trust and develop relationships while daring to make your own decisions and take responsibility for your work. You thrive in an environment where things happen, work solution-oriented, and have the ability to create structure when needed. A valid driver's license is required as some travel is involved in the role.
